PERJUMPAAN HARI RAYA BEKAS PEGAWAI SEDC JOHOR 2009


Much as I did for my family members, I induced the same kind of program to inculcate closer relationship for my x-jsedc friends. Recently in conjunction with the Eidul Fitri we organised a Hari Raya gathering on 12th., October, 2009 at MSuites Hotel, Johor Bahru.

About 10 'xjsedc' friends and 7 family members attended the occasion. Those present includes Tn. Hj. Abd. Jalal Basimi & wife, Tn. Hj. Ahmad Jalaludin, Tn. Hj. Alias Ismail, Tn. Hj. Esa Mamek, Tn. Hj. Harith Hamid & wife, Tn. Hj. Hassan Mustaffa & wife, Tn. Hj. Jaafar Yusoff, Tn. Hj. Md. Said Awang & wife, Tn. Hj. Mohamad Ramli Yasir & wife, and Tn. Hj. Sabtu Abu Bakar , wife and son.
We all had a good time together, rekindling ourselves of Ziggy Marley's 'The Good Old Days', recalling Barbara Streisands' 'The Way We Were' and expressing Pink's Floyd's 'Wish You Were Here' to those friends that could not attend.
On the auspiscious day, we had the opportunity of updating each other of where and what we are doing now after so many years of 'out-of-sight and out-of-mind', while not forgetting to offer prayers and 'sedekah Fatehah' to our xjsedc friends who had passed away over the years namely, Allahyarham-Allahyarham Abd. Rahman Hamid, Abd. Rahman Mohamed, Ahmad Ibrahim, Bahaudin Paok, Basir Ismail (Tan Sri), Hamzah Bakar, Hashim Mohamad (Dato’), Hussein Mohamad (Dato’), Ismail Uda, Mohd Ali Buran, Rais Abd. Aziz, Shamsuri Hj. Ali (Dato’), Syed Aziz Othman and Yasnon Pakeh.

To cap it all, we all agreed that we should organised such get-together in future Hari Raya on the third week of Syawal and crave to invite as many more xjsedc friends as possible. InsyaAllah.

MINUM AIR UNTUK KESIHATAN

Baru-baru ini Pok Su menerima emel dari seorang sahabat tentang cara mudah untuk menjaga kesihatan dengan meminum air. Cara ini telah melalui beberapa kajian di Jepun dan dapat mengubati macam-macam penyakit.

Ringkas caranya adalah saperti berikut;
1. Minum 4 gelas (kecil) air sejuk biasa setiap pagi sebaik saja bangun dari tidur sebelum berus gigi.
2. Selepas itu jangan makan atau minum apa-apa untuk selama 45 minit.
3. Kemudiannya selepas sarapan pagi, jangan makan atau minum apa-apa buat selama dua jam.

Dikatakan kaedah ini boleh mengubati beberapa penyakit-penyakit saperti Darah Tinggi (30 hari), Gastrik (10 hari), Kencing Manis (30 hari), Sembelit (10 hari), Barah (180 hari), Batuk Kering TB (90 hari), Sakit Sendi Arthritis (Minggu pertama 3 hari sahaja dan minggu kedua setiap hari).

Cubalah amalan tersebut. InsyaAllah.

Rencana lebih terperinci adalah saperti berikut;

"DRINKING WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases: Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

PUNGGAHAN, PUNJUNGAN DAN RAYA 2009



Hari raya sememangnya hari yang sangat di tunggu-tunggu saban tahun oleh semua. Pada ketika itulah kita dapat bertemu ahli keluarga, sanak saudara dan sahabat handai pada hari yang kebanyakkannya mereka sedang bercuti santai dalam mood serba ceria, bertanya khabar dan bermaafmaafan.

Raya kali ini agak lebih istimewa dari biasa buat ku oleh kerana ini merupakan raya pertama ku di kampung sejak berpindah ke Kampong Jawa, Panchor, Muar, Johor, pada Januari 17, 2009 yang lalu.

Kesibukan suasana raya di kampung bermula dari sebelum berpuasa lagi. Kali ini aku dapat meluangkan masa menyertai beberapa 'Khenduri Punggahan' yang diadakan sebelum bulan Ramadhan di merata rumah-rumah di kampung ku dan rasa sangat puas makan 'Berkat Ambeng' tahun ini. Khenduri Punggahan ialah khenduri tahlil dan doa selamat bagi mengingati ahli keluarga yang telah meninggal dunia yang biasanya diamalkan oleh masyarakat orang Jawa sejak zaman berzaman.
Semasa bulan puasa kali ini pula aku dapat menyertai solat Terawih di Masjid An-nur yang aku rasa berbeza sungguh suasananya kalau dibandingkan dengan berterawih semasa tinggal di bandar Johor Bahru sebelum ini. Bezanya bila kita masuk saja ke masjid di kampung kita akan kenal hampir semua jemaah dan dapat bersalaman dengan semua yang hadir. Habis saja berterawih ada saja juadah berupa kueh-mueh dan minuman dihidangkan untuk para jemaah. Sambil menjamu hidangan kita dapat berbual-bual, bertegur sapa antara kita dan mengiratkan tali silaturahim antara penduduk. Di situlah terletaknya antara 'nikmat-nikmat' tinggal di kampung.

Pada petang sebelum raya pula rumah ku di hujani 'punjungan' dari jiran-jiran tetangga dan saudara terdekat. 'Punjungan' merupakan juadah makanan masakan untuk hari raya berupa ketupat, lodeh, sambal goreng dan rendang yang dihantar sesama kita yang melambangkan keiratan silaturahim dan budaya 'sama rasa' yang dipraktikkan oleh penduduk kampung. Dan bagi memastikan kesinambungan tradisi orang tua ku, pada pagi raya pertama aku dan isteri sempat meluangkan masa menghantar 'punjungan' makanan raya kepada jiran di depan rumah ku yang berbangsa Cina. Semangat 1Malaysia memang masih bertahan lama di kampung ku.

Menurut catatan ku seramai 276 tetamu telah menziarahi rumah ku dalam masa tiga hari pertama hari raya kali ini, saperti berikut;-

- Kedua; 37 + 22 = 59

Pada hari-hari berikutnya barulah kami sekeluarga dapat keluar berraya kerumah sanak saudara dan sahabat handai yang lain pula.

Begitulah hebatnya berraya di kampung. Itulah juga sebabnya kenapa sejak dari dulu lagi aku mahu pulang dan tinggal di kampung pada zaman tua ku kerana aku juga mahu anak cucu ku dapat merasa 'nikmat-nikmat' balik kampung berraya.
